GROUP 1 Gear Pumps and Motors.
Flow rates: 8 / 12 / 16 / 24 / 32 / 40 / 45 / 50 / 60 (L/min at 2000 rpm) and operating pressures up to 210 bar.
Types of drive gears: Splined Z:9 SAE, Z:10 SAE, Z:11 SAE, Z:9 DIN, cylindrical ø15, ø17.45, conical 1:5, 1:8 and specials on request. The gears are supported on sleeve bearings (bushings) or roller bearings and are hydraulically compensated with aluminum alloy anti-friction bushings.
Mounting flange: F78 (alignment: ø78), SAE A, F88 (alignment: ø88), PL, DX (Deutz type), MI (Michigan type), Power Take-Off (PTO), SAE B, DSR (alignment: ø80), DR (for units subject to radial loads), GM (General Motors type), and special types on request.
Housing: Made of aluminum alloy. Inlet and outlet ports can be PL type, with NPT, UNF, or special threads on request.
Rear cover: Standard, with valve, with drain, rear outlet, rear inlet and outlet, constant flow, double side port, double rear port, and special on request.
It is possible to assemble multiple G1 units in their various flow rate combinations, and they can also be used as a rear pump in a P250, P5, G2/3, or G15 assembly. Additionally, this group allows for the assembly of proportional rotary dividers according to the application need.
Main applications: Tractors, harvesters, sprayers, seeders, dump trucks, skid steers, forklifts, hydraulic power units, hydraulic presses, industrial machines, etc.
