GROUP 15 Gear Pumps and Motors.
Flow rates: 24 / 32 / 38 / 45 / 52 / 64 / 72 (L/min at 2000 rpm) and operating pressures up to 250 bar.
Types of drive gears: Splined Z:9 SAE, Z:10 SAE, Z:11 SAE, Z:13 SAE, cylindrical ø22.2, conical 1:8, and specials. The gears are supported on sleeve bearings (bushings) and are hydraulically compensated with aluminum alloy anti-friction bushings.
Mounting flange: SAE A, SAE B, PL, Power Take-Off (PTO) 3 bolts, PTO 4 bolts, and special types on request.
Housing: Made of cast iron. Inlet and outlet ports can be PL or SAE type, with NPT, UNF, or special threads.
Rear cover: Standard, with valve, with drain, rear outlet, rear inlet and outlet, constant flow, double side port, double rear port, and specials.
It is possible to assemble multiple G15 units in their various flow rate combinations. It can also be used as a front pump in a G15/G1 assembly and as a rear pump in a P250 group.
Main applications: Forklifts, skid steers, tractors, harvesters, sprayers, planters, dump trucks, hydraulic power units, hydraulic presses, industrial machines, etc.
