GROUP AP30
GROUP AP30 Gear Pumps.
Flow rates: 34 / 54 / 68 / 86 / 124 / 158 / 204 (L/min at 2000 rpm) and operating pressures up to 290 bar.
Types of drive gears: Splined Z:13 SAE, Z:15 SAE, Z:6 UNI, cylindrical ø22.2, ø25.4, conical 1:8(G2B), 1:8(G3C) and specials. The gears are supported on sleeve bearings (bushings) and are hydraulically compensated with anti-friction plates made of aluminum alloy.
Mounting flange: PL2, PL3, SAE B, Power Take-Off (PTO) 3 bolts, PTO 4 bolts, and special types on request.
Housing / Rear cover: Made of cast iron. The side or rear inlet and outlet ports can be with NPT, UNF, or special threads.
A Tipping Valve subassembly with pneumatic actuation can be added to the Housing / Cover.
Main applications: Dump trucks, roll-off equipment, garbage compactors, hydraulic cranes, hydraulic power units, hydraulic presses, industrial machines, railway equipment, etc.
