GROUP P5
GROUP P5 Gear Pumps and Motors.
Flow rates: 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 / 120 / 140 / 160 / 180 / 200 (L/min at 2000 rpm) and operating pressures up to 210 bar.
Types of drive gears: Splined Z:13 SAE, Z:14 SAE, Z:15 SAE, cylindrical ø22.2, ø25.4, ø31.7 and specials. The gears are supported on roller bearings and are hydraulically compensated with anti-friction plates made of bronze alloy.
Mounting flange: SAE A, SAE B, SAE C, MI (Michigan type), Power Take-Off (PTO) 3 bolts, PTO 4 bolts, and special types on request.
Housing: Made of cast iron. The Inlet and outlet ports can be SAE type, with NPT, UNF, or special threads.
Rear cover: Standard, rear outlet, rear inlet and outlet, and specials.
It is possible to assemble multiple P5 units in their various flow rate combinations. It can also be used as a front pump in a P5/G1 assembly and as a rear pump in a P7 assembly.
Main applications: Dozers, loaders, backhoes, motor graders, vibratory compactors, equipment for the oil industry, fishing boats, machinery applied to mining, etc.
